A Cozy Shipping Container Rental With Spectacular Outdoor Areas

Shipping container living is no longer a novelty but even so, few people actually get to experience it. Places like the Green Creek Shipyard however offer a wonderful opportunity to spend some time checking out what it’s like to live in a container home. This is a shipping container rental that you can find on Airbnb. It really is a magnificent little place.

Everything here was designed and built by three siblings so you really get that feeling of being in a cozy and inviting home. There’s a bunch of cool features to enjoy. The house is made from a used 40′ shipping container which turned out to be big enough for a living and dining area, a kitchen, a small bathroom and not just one but two bedrooms plus a series of outdoor areas that really turn this place into a little piece of paradise.

The main access point inside is through a glass garage door which makes a magnificent first impression. Step inside and on your right there’s a cozy little living room with a leather sofa and on the left there’s a small live edge dining table and the kitchen which is equipped with everything you need. A sliding door reveals the bathroom at the end of the kitchen and another one at the other end of the house conceals a cozy little bedroom. On top of it there’s actually a second loft sleeping area which you can reach by climbing a ladder.

Compared to that, the outdoor areas are very open and spacious which definitely encourages guests to spend as much time outside as possible, enjoying the beautiful scenery. 

The bathroom is big enough for a stylish vanity, a toilet area and a walk-in shower

The shower fits cleverly in one of the corners, hidden from the other side of the wall

Outside on the deck there’s a hot tub area and also a fire pit seating area

There’s even more space on the roof terrace which has the best views
