Tiny houses are in vogue now more than ever and once you start exploring this world they only become more and more inspiring. Today we’re having a look at the Pacific Harmony tiny house, a beautiful little structure that you can call home for $119,000.
The house is built on a 28′ x 8.5′ triple axel Iron Eagle trailer. It looks simple on the outside thanks to the black and white color palette, an element that adds versatility to the house as a whole.
The entrance is framed by a small exterior porch made of cedar wood, with a little matching awning above the glass pane front door. The metal roof and the board and batten siding are also complemented by black window frames which add a stylish and sleek look to the exterior.
Inside, this tiny house is packed with lots of practical and cozy features. There’s a little loft area which can be accessed via a ladder made of salvaged walnut wood and this is where a sleeping area can go. The main bedroom however is on the main level, on the left side of the floor plan.
Strangely enough, this space actually serves a double function and can be used as a dining area with a cozy window nook. When the table and chairs are out of the way the Murphy bed can be pulled out, turning this into an actual bedroom.
There’s also a kitchen with a combination of quartz and oak countertops, a breakfast bar for three and matching stainless steel appliances. The bathroom is found underneath the loft and has a shower, toilet and a stylish quartz countertop with a large vessel sink. There is of course also a living area which takes up the center of the floor plan, separating the bedroom from the rest of the functions. All of these elements combined turn this very compact mobile house into a beautiful and charming space worthy to be called home.
